My Easy Vegan Diet was created as a resource for people like me who want to make a positive change in their lives and who are tired of all the negative side effects that comes from eating a “normal” American diet.
Who am I? I’m Allie, and after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics I completed my dietetic internship, worked as a dietitian, then instructed interns and other dietitians at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Since then, I wanted to live a healthier life but didn’t know where to start.
Food, of course! You are what you eat, so I researched the healthiest, most natural, most sustainable options and came to the plant-based (vegan) diet.
There weren’t any great resources for me, though, so my husband and I are building this site.
